Why I Like Living at Gramercy (Kay Y.) •Gramercy Club is my safe haven. This 24/7 locked facility makes me feel safe morning, noon and night, no matter where I am in the building. •Once each year, Gramercy Club is professionally cleaned inside and out. Life doesn’t get any better than this. •Our talented, full-time maintenance professional keeps our building in tip-top shape and assists with individual fix-up requests. •The guest suites are the best! Takes the stress out of the words “company’s coming.”
Making a Great Lifestyle Decision (Pat L.) Several years ago, we decided to move to an independent living cooperative. We wanted to choose our next living style while we were able to and not burden our children. What a great decision that was! We are now part of a caring, happy, busy community. Gramercy Burnhaven was our first choice after an extensive search. We love the year-round beauty of the property, including the manicured lawn, trees and fountains. Our location allows easy access to shopping, restaurants, health care, entertainment, and a county library. Living here offers a full calendar of life-enriching activities. Wellness classes, adult education, weekly coffee, potlucks and other planned events allow us to meet and make new friends. Friends here care about each other. It’s great to have someone nearly who can identify, empathize and even laugh at shared struggles and triumphs. They help us have a positive attitude. Gramercy Burnhaven is a “Happy Place” and we’ll like to meet you!
Here since the beginning (Rich and Caroline S.) We moved to Gramercy when it first opened in 2005. We’ve enjoyed the people and all the activities. Gramercy Club is a caring place to live and we are glad to call it our home.
Welcoming Place (Jim G.) Gramercy has always been a welcoming community to me. I feel fortunate to have chosen it as my retirement home, and to be surrounded by so many special people. Also, the seasonal holiday decorations are a special memory to me.
Gramercy Family (Marie C.) Moved to Minnesota to be near family and gained a whole new Gramercy Family. So happy to be here!
It’s home (Nancy N.) Home is where the heart is, a place where people share and understand each other. Home is Gramercy!
Young and young at heart (Chris W.) At age 55, I’m the youngest member of the Gramercy community and I couldn’t be happier here. Everyone has been so welcoming, and I’m truly enjoying my stress-free living. I especially enjoy playing billiards on Saturday mornings, and using the clubhouse to relax in the spa or swimming pool several times a week. It was tough decision to sell my home and move after 29 years, but it’s the best decision I ever made!
