Gramercy Board of Directors

​Our Gramercy is a close community of 55+ senior friends who thrive on independent living in a carefree friendly atmosphere.

Living here has many benefits, including the social connections that make retirement living so much more pleasurable. Spending time with other people in our age group on a regular basis improves our outlook on life and health. Resident living spaces are appropriate for each member's personal needs.

A real advantage of our Gramercy is the common area that allows residents to entertain a large number of friends and family in the Club Room, Parlor, Card Room and patios.

You can participate in common activities as much or as little as you like.

Our gramercy has sponsored many events over the years including catered dinners, steak fries, sing alongs, trips, presentations, "Lunch Bunch" visits to local restaurants, and many more.

In our first year, there were committees formed for various functions. The number of committees has expanded to sixteen currently. In addition, there are a wide variety of card games and other groups formed by members as desired for their entertainment. All of our committees are self directed. Our Gramercy residents come from a wide variety of backgrounds and are able to give leadership to our committees.
