Instead of shoveling snow, mowing grass, weeding and making repairs, you can join your neighbors for a cup of coffee and conversation. You can also travel without worrying about your residence. Common areas provide you with thousands of square feet for entertaining family and friends or visiting with other owners in our Gramercy.

Gramercy History​

Gramercy Club at Burnhaven was built in 2004/2005. Owners began moving in December 2005 and January 2006. Our Gramercy has a seven member Board of Directors with staggered three year terms, elected in May of each year. The board consists of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and three directors. The board meets monthly for a work session followed by a general board meeting the following week.
